Get Ready in Trades (GRIT) Program

 Get Ready in Trades (GRIT) is a trades-focused career exploration and development program created for youth with disabilities and barriers to success.

This program is for youth with disabilities who meet the following criteria:

– 16-29 years of age
with a disability (self-disclosed or documented)
– legally entitled to work in Canada
– capable of self-administering medications
– able to arrange for transportation independently

What can you expect from this program?
-Pre-Apprenticeship Training (for over 40 trades!)
-Pre-Employment Training
-Career Exploration and Job Shadowing
-Employment Placement
-One-on-One Consultations
